Hot Potato Salad

8 medium Potatoes, peeled, boiled, and chunked

Combine and boil for 1 minute the following :
2 tsp butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Then add
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese
6 slices fried and crumbled bacon
Green Olives optional

Spread the mix over the potatoes into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake covered at 350°F for about 50 minutes; uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
