Vests for Troopers |

After the death of WV State Trooper Larry G. Hacker earlier this year, a group was formed to raise funds for the purchase of bulletproof vests for nearly 200 troopers throughout the state. Calling itself the West Virginia State Troopers Safety Foundation, the organization has raised $80,000 for the vests which troopers should receive by early 1994. |
