Cabbage Casserole

5 pounds lean ground beef
1 large head cabbage, cored and diced
1-1/2 cups chopped onions
5 cups uncooked instant rice
2 cans (14-1/2 oz each) stewed tomatoes
3 cans (29 oz) tomato sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper



Brown ground beef and drain.

In large cooking pan, combine ground beef, rice, cabbage, onions, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well, cover pan and cook at 375 degrees for 2 1/2 hours
